The Shaughraun and Dancing at Lughnasa

Summer, 1990. First trip out of the US and booked way in advance for one ticket, for my last night, at the Abbey. Saw The Shaughraun, and the cast celebrated the wedding of two of them. Guy next to me, Tony, asked me out for a drink.

Summer, 1992. Came over for the whole summer. Saw Dancing at Lughnasa. In a pub, met anther guy named Tony. Married him. He’s asleep over there in the chair.
