Opening night of ‘Observe the Sons of Ulster Marching towards the Somme‘, 19th October 1994. In response to the IRA and Loyalist ceasefires in Northern Ireland. Attend by a group from the Shankill Road which included the late David Ervine. Politicians vied with one another for a seat and there was a historic handshake between Tanaiste Dick Spring and David Ervine in the rehearsal room after the show.
